Roles & Responsibilities:

Equity, Mutual Fund & Third-Party Integrations:

- Own and manage product requirements for Equity, Mutual Fund, and third-party integrations within the mobile app
- Coordinate closely with internal tech teams and external vendors/partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Prepare and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and API requirement documents
- Track integration milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases

- Release Monitoring & Crash Analytics
- Monitor all mobile app releases (Android & iOS) end-to-end post-deployment
- Track Firebase crashes, ANRs,



performance issues, and app stability metrics
- Identify critical issues, perform initial triage, and escalate to engineering teams with priority and context
- Drive timely closure of high-impact bugs and ensure regression validation

- App Ratings, Reviews & Customer Feedback
- Monitor app store ratings, reviews, and user feedback on an ongoing basis
- Respond to reviews where appropriate and escalate recurring issues to business, product, and support teams
- Share insights and themes from reviews to influence product improvements
- Actively work to protect and improve app ratings, brand perception, and customer trust
