About the Role

The Manager Sourcing & Tendering will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing, vendor management,

procurement planning, and tendering activities across residential interior projects. The role plays a critical part in

ensuring timely procurement of quality materials and services at competitive costs while building a robust vendor

ecosystem.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to

optimize procurement efficiency and support business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for materials, furniture, fixtures, hardware, appliances, and project-

related services.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors aligned with Bonito's quality and commercial standards.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure business continuity.
- Drive procurement planning to support project timelines and business requirements.

Tendering & Commercial Management

- Lead the end-to-end tendering process including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations.• Prepare comparative statements (CS) and recommend vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery

capabilities.

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, payment conditions, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure transparent and compliant procurement practices across all sourcing activities.

Vendor Management

- Develop and maintain a high-performing vendor network across categories.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews based on quality, pricing, responsiveness, and delivery

timelines.

- Resolve supplier issues and drive continuous vendor performance improvements.




- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Cost Optimization & Budget Control

- Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and supplier negotiations.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for improving commercial efficiency.
- Ensure optimal inventory planning while minimizing procurement costs and material wastage.
- Support business profitability through effective cost management practices

Procurement Operations

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, and Finance teams to align procurement schedules with project

execution.

- Monitor procurement lead times and proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records.

Performance & Metrics

- Track and improve key procurement KPIs including:
- Procurement Cost Savings
- Vendor Performance Ratings
- On-Time Material Delivery
- Purchase Order Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Procurement Cycle Time
- Contract Compliance
- Supplier Quality Performance
- Prepare procurement dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Design, Project Management, Execution, Finance, and Operations teams to understand

project requirements.





- Support recent product development by identifying innovative materials and supplier solutions.• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless material availability throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience & Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or a related

discipline.

- MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement is preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, tendering, or supply chain management.
- Prior experience in residential interiors, construction, furniture manufacturing, fit-outs, or building materials

is highly preferred.

- Strong exposure to vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
