- Collect, compile, and maintain operational and commercial data from multiple HPM sites.
- Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of site-level data.
- Coordinate with Site GMs, Accounts, CE, and Vendors for required information.
2. Data Analysis & Gap Identification
- Analyze site-wise data related to CAM recovery, vendor performance, utility consumption, service complaints, and operational costs.
- Identify trends, deviations, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Highlight risks, delays, and inefficiencies through structured reports.
3. Execution Tracking & Follow-Up
- Track execution of key initiatives, SOPs, corrective actions, and commercial processes.
- Maintain action trackers and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
- Monitor implementation status across sites and escalate delays wherever required.
- Support pilot implementation and rollout of recent processes.
