Role Summary
We are looking for motivated engineering professionals who will work on-ground with colleges and students to:
- Deliver career-focused technical workshops
- Create awareness about real industry engineering
- Generate demand for high-value consulting programs
- This is a high-impact, field-driven role involving travel, interaction, and influence.
Qualification
Any Graduate/BE/BTech - Mechanical/Automobile/Production with 1-2 years experience in career counseling.
Skills required
- Solid communication and presentation skills (ability to speak confidently in front of 50-200 students)
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts (especially core engineering topics like design, FEA, industry workflows)
- Excellent public speaking and workshop delivery skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills (with students, faculty, and college authorities)
- Basic career counseling / advisory mindset (guiding students on career paths)
Special Skills required
- Ability to work independently in field / on-ground environment
- Comfortable with extensive travel across assigned region

Role and Responsibilities
College Outreach & Engagement
- Visit engineering colleges across assigned region
- Connect with - Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, Faculty members
- Schedule and organize on-campus sessions
Workshop Delivery
- Conduct 1-hour career consultation / motivational workshops covering:
- Gap between college learning & industry expectations
- Introduction to real engineering workflows (FEA, design, etc.)
- Career pathways in core engineering
- Importance of applied technical skills
Student Interaction & Lead Generation
- Engage with students post-session
- Identify high-intent candidates: Final year B.Tech, M.Tech / research students
- Generate leads for: FEA Consulting Projects, Professional Engineer Incubation Program (PEIP)
Initial Counseling & Conversion Support
- Conduct basic consultation discussions
- Explain program structure, value, and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal team for closing high-value deals
Relationship Building
Develop long-term relationships with:
- Faculty
- Department heads
- Student communities
