We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Banking or NBFC sector and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined turnaround times.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.
