Role & responsibilities

- 5 + years of experience in Drives industry.
- Analyse and interpret customer specifications to clearly understand project requirements and technical expectations.
- Develop and deliver technical solutions in compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to develop schematics, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), and other project deliverables.
- Respond to customer technical queries promptly and drive effective resolution of technical issues.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations during customer meetings and design reviews.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality engineering documents in accordance with customer requirements and project schedules.
- Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and support to team members in solution development and problem-solving activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure successful project execution and delivery in line with contractual commitments.
