Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
Document Management
- Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control.
- Manage hard copy and electronic filing systems.
2. Drawing & Technical Documentation Control
- Handle engineering drawings (IFC, shop drawings, as-built drawings).
- Track revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in use at site.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams.
3. Submission & Approval Tracking
- Prepare and submit documents to clients/consultants.
- Track approval status (submitted, approved, rejected, pending).
- Maintain logs such as Document Register, Drawing Register, and Submittal Logs.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Support site team with required documentation.
Preferred candidate profile:
Education
- Bachelors degree / Diploma /Post graduation.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in infrastructure projects (tunnel, metro, highway, or marine works)
- Experience in large-scale projects like metro rail or underground tunneling is preferred
