- Manage end to end export shipment operations for Ocean Freight (FCL / FCL) from booking to final cargo delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines & vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Verify shipping instructions & ensure documentation accuracy, including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice. Packing list & export declarations.
- Track shipments proactively & provide timely status to stake holders.
- Handle customer & vendor queries, complaints while ensuring high service quality.
- Train & support vendors on shipment booking process & system usage.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing & cost recovery where applicable.
