About the Role

Adorix IT Services LLP is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with a proven track record in US IT Staffing. This is a target-oriented sales role where your primary responsibility will be to market and place our bench consultants with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors across the United States.

Candidates must have min 3 years of hands-on Bench Sales experience along with an established network of Direct Clients and Prime Vendors to drive quick and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, MSPs, and Tier-1 Vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, account managers, hiring managers, and vendor partners.
- Generate placement opportunities through your existing client network and continuous business development.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates,



and ensure successful consultant placements.
- Post consultant availability and job updates on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Expand Adorix's professional network by connecting with recruiters, clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Min 3-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong existing network of Direct Clients and Prime Vendors (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
