Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive revenue by ensuring timely follow-ups, solid customer engagement and high conversion rates.
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budgets, and design preferences to recommend suitable modular kitchen and furniture solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Support team members in handling customer queries, commercial discussions and closing high-value opportunities.
- Monitor daily sales activities, conversion ratios, follow-ups, and overall team productivity.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, customer records, and sales updates through the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Design and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, customer experience, and sales processes.
- Represent the Ultrafresh brand professionally across every customer interaction.
