Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of IBMS, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire & Security Systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and field device issues.
- Attend service calls within the defined SLA and ensure timely resolution.
- Carry out health checks and preventive maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Inspect, test, and maintain controllers, sensors, cameras, readers, panels, and associated equipment.
- Identify faulty components and perform repairs or replacements.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of:
- Integrated Building Management System (IBMS/BMS)
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm & Security Systems

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, LAN connectivity).
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, system layouts,



and technical drawings.
- Experience in fault diagnosis of field devices, controllers, and communication networks.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance checklists and service documentation.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Honeywell IBMS/BMS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of ELV systems and building automation.
- Experience in hospitals, airports, commercial buildings, or data centers is an advantage.

Qualifications

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related technical field.
- Relevant certifications in BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, or Access Control will be an added advantage.
