Role & responsibilities

- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand employee concerns and expectations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs & recognition activities. Ensure consistency in employee engagement practices across branches.
- Drive participation in employee-centric programs.
- Plan and visit branches regularly and virtual connects to understand location-specific challenges.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues & address employee grievances.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution and ensure timely closure and to collaborate with them to drive engagement programs across the regions & corporate office.
- Rewards & Recognition activities & coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fresher /Relevant experience in HR.
- Candidates must be proficient in any of the below languages:

-Tamil

-Hindi

-Kannada

- AGE - Upto 30 years
