About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to transform user needs into seamless and impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
Analyze user feedback, website analytics, and usability testing results to identify areas for improvement.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
Develop high-fidelity UI designs and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
Design responsive interfaces for Websites, Mobile Applications, Landing Pages, Dashboards, and Emailers.
Build and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.




Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams throughout the design lifecycle.
Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and design methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
6–8 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in designing user-centric digital experiences for websites and applications.
Proficiency in designing Mobile Apps, Websites, Landing Pages, Dashboards, and Emailers.
Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong process analysis skills to understand business and customer requirements.
Ability to present UX recommendations and negotiate design solutions with stakeholders.
