Role & responsibilities :

Assets Special Projects team works on large scale projects having organization vide impact. This team actively leads, manages and delivers high impact cross functional projects which creates value for the organization.

The role encompasses the following but not limited to:

- Leading all Projects identified with business functions.
- Project Identification: Analyze & identify key value delivery projects.
- Project Initiation: Ensure necessary steps are taken to initiate/deploy such projects.
- Project Ownership: End to End Ownership to own & deliver results.
- Effective Delivery: Ensures timely delivery of projects, within budget and meeting agreed objectives.

This role would be responsible for driving special projects related to increasing productivity, reducing cost, improving efficiency and driving digitization.

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1.Engagement with various units/stakeholders to collect, review, design, validates & automate processes. Responsible for recommending change with required controls wherever required.





2.Own every action required to complete projects and deliver on expected outcome to the satisfaction of stake holders (Structure, Policies, Process, Technology, Training to end users, Service Delivery, Resourcing, Analysis, Measurements, ++)

3.Manage cross Business-unit linkages, bottlenecks and strive for resolutions Interact and facilitate reporting and resolution on bottlenecks with Bank's senior leadership

4.Documentation of projects, business cases, perks and manage archival of these documents

5.Monitoring and publish Project Management Dashboards / reports for Senior management and other decision-making groups

6.Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in managed projects through effective implementation and change management

7.Key Measurement Criteria: Project Metric Delivery; Stakeholder Satisfaction; % to Banks Revenue & Costs Targets

Preferred candidate profile

Essential

Transformation and Project Management Experience,

10-15 years Work Experience (Minimum 10 years in BFSI)

Preferred

- MBA from premier institution / CA
- Six Sigma Certification
