Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring proper execution of audits and compliances under Companies Act and Income tax Act.
- Discussing critical issue with Manager and ensuring proper implementation of decisions taken post discussion with team and Manager.
- Review and preparation of financial statements, reports, and audit files in line with regulatory framework.
- Executing and working within team for the work allocation in best possible manner
- Ensuring compliance with Auditing standards, accounting standards, tax laws and various other laws as applicable to the entity being audited
- Maintaining client relationship.
- Ensuring timely completion of company documentation & management representation from learning of finalization of Accounts.
- Taking initiatives for improving work performance.
- Assisting team members and juniors on timely finalization of financial statements under I- GAAP, IND (AS), IFRS, First time adoption of I- GAAP to IND AS, Consolidation etc.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:





- Chartered Accountant / Semi Qualified with relevant experience in Statutory Audit.
- Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, Standards on Auditing (SAs), Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Gen AI tools for audit automation, documentation, reconciliations, and validations will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with audit and data analytics tools such as IDEA, ACL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve audit processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Team building and motivation.
