Key Responsibilities

- Acquire recent CSR partnerships, foundations and enterprise funding clients
- Engage with CSR Heads, ESG leaders and senior corporate stakeholders
- Own the complete funding cycle: outreach, proposal, approval and closure
- Build a strong pipeline for skilling, education and workforce development projects
- Track CSR trends, funding opportunities and partnership prospects

Must Have

- Experience in CSR partnerships / funding acquisition / institutional sales
- Strong network in CSR, Foundations, ESG or Development sector
- Proven ability to close funding partnerships
- Hands-on experience in proposal creation, pitching and stakeholder management
- Background in NGO, foundation, skilling or CSR-driven organization preferred

Not Suitable For

- Pure enterprise sales profiles without CSR/funding experience
- Program delivery or operations-focused profiles
