About the Role

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. is looking for experienced professionals for the position of Advisor – PCG Team Leader. This is a Playing Captain role where the candidate will be responsible for managing a team while also driving individual business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HNI/UHNI client handling, equity trading, order punching, client acquisition, and team management within the Broking and Capital Markets domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Advisors/Relationship Managers.
- Drive both individual and team revenue targets.
- Acquire and manage HNI and UHNI clients.
- Generate brokerage revenue through trading and advisory services.
- Handle client trading requirements and order execution.
- Guide team members on client acquisition and relationship management strategies.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with high-value clients.
- Provide market insights on Equity, Derivatives, Futures & Options, and Cash Market.
- Ensure excellent client servicing and portfolio support.




- Support cross-selling of financial and investment products.
- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or PCG Business.
- Team Handling experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should be able to bring a team of 4–5 members.
- Strong experience in Trading and Order Punching.
- Experience in handling HNI and UHNI clients.
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition and Client Servicing.
- Good understanding of Equity Markets, Derivatives, Futures & Options (F&O;), and Cash Market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve both individual and team business targets.
