Job Description

- Responsible for the delivery of core shell of the project with primary focus on safety, schedule, cost, quality and compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project meets the Guidelines and standards which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects.
- Update and edit the guidelines managing the delivery of the project.
- Responsible for management of the commissioning and integration activities including coordinating with various resources, vendors and contractors.
- Coordinating and reviewing vendor performance relative to cash flow and summaries, together with Project Controls support.
- Responsible client engagement participation in communications plans, and community involvement.

Qualifications

- More than 15 years of relevant working experience as project manager - construction
- Data center experience is preferred
