Designation: support engineer/technical engineer.

Experience: Minimum 0.6 to 2 years

Skills and Abilities:

- 0 to 2 years work experience in application support/client assistance
- Providing technical support and customer service to our clients.
- Manage support inquiries via e-mail and phone.
- Good ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members.
- Adaptable to work shifts.
- Update users about request status and close requests when users are satisfied with solutions
- Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups
- Team management/leading skills will be an add-on.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
