About the Role

Adonia Offshore is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements across various operational and offshore support functions. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in high-volume recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating large-scale hiring drives.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and support staff positions.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and field recruitment activities.
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Work closely with operations and department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards.




- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in blue-collar hiring and bulk recruitment.
- Experience hiring for industries such as logistics, marine, offshore, construction, manufacturing, engineering, facility management, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, job portals, social media recruitment, and database management.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Navi Mumbai and nearby areas.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience conducting walk-ins, recruitment drives, and mass hiring campaigns.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai, locations will be preferred.
