Responsibilities

1. Leading the entire recruitment vertical for our contract staffing clients

2. Manage a team of 5 to 10 recruiters and ensure that all process and outcome KPIs are being adhered to

3. Building out our recruitment infrastructure and processes, including our proprietary database, recruitment partner network and recruitment technology infrastructure

4. Act as the final point of escalation for the Client on all recruitment issues,



including handling all escalations and working to ensure that all client issues are addressed successfully

5. Manage the manpower planning, by hiring new recruiters and allocating the workload efficiently

6. Mentoring and training the team on various aspects including domain knowledge, process management, client management and candidate management

7. Monitoring and auditing the delivery of each recruiter to ensure that quality standards are being adhered to

8. Responsible for the overall P&L; of the recruitment vertical

What we are looking for

1. At least 4 years of overall experience in the recruitment field

2. At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment delivery lead, overseeing at least 5+ recruiters in an RPO or a IT/Non-IT contract staffing company

3. Fluent English Verbal and Written Communication Skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills when it comes to dealing with clients and employees

4. Very good with processes, including having a solid understand and experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems and tracking/implementing recruitment KPIs

5. Extremely proficient in all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, pitching to candidates, negotiating and closing

6. Experience with blue collar, grey collar and white collar markets

7. Experience managing multiple sub-contractors and vendor management systems is a plus
