- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
- 8 12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for MEP works.
- Solid technical knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQs, and cost management.
- Experience in post-contract administration and contract management.
- Hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to review variations, certifications, and project cost reports.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in quantity take-offs, billing, and commercial management.
- Experience working on large-scale building/infrastructure projects preferred.
