Position: Data Analyst Digital Automation & Reporting (Power BI) Lead – Insurance (Assets / Lending Channels)

Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced professional with strong Banking/Insurance/Assets Third Party domain expertise to drive strategy, operations automation, digital transformation, and analytics initiatives for the Assets TP business. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing reporting/MIS, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in process automation, MIS/reporting, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, MIS, and management reporting for leadership reviews
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across business processes
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, customer behavior patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with Business, Sales, Operations, Analytics,



and Technology teams for execution and delivery
- Drive process optimization, productivity, and governance tracking across initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

Skills Required:

- Solid experience in Banking / Insurance / Asset Third-Party distribution domain
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Automation, Strategy, or Business Analytics roles
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and process/workflow automation tools
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Good understanding of operations and process improvement frameworks

Preferred:

- Experience in Assets Third Party and Insurance business
- Strong understanding of third-party products ecosystem, partner/channel management, and business performance management
- Experience within Banking / Insurance / NBFC / BFSI domain
- Exposure to LOS/LMS systems, operational workflows, and reporting ecosystem (optional)Role & responsibilities
