Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites to take accurate measurements of executed work

• Verify site progress against BOQ and approved drawings

• Prepare and submit measurement sheets to the billing team for invoice preparation

• Assist in preparation of RA (Running Account) bills and final bills when required

• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and update/prepare basic layouts (e.g., lighting points) based on site conditions

• Ensure all measurements are recorded as per standard formats and company procedures

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Senior Electricians for work status and clarifications

• Identify variations, extra works, and deviations from BOQ and report the same

• Maintain proper documentation of measurement records and site data

• Support reconciliation of billed quantities with actual site execution

• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to billing and measurements

• Follow up with site teams for timely data collection and updates
