Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)- Contracts

Location: Khar West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pre-contract and post-contract activities for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, work orders, LOIs, and agreements.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, techno-commercial bids, and contractor recommendations.
- Review BOQs, rate analyses, variation orders, and change orders.
- Handle contractor billing, contractual claims, and final account settlements.
- Conduct commercial negotiations to achieve cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Liaison teams for timely contract execution.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor contractual risks, statutory compliance, and contract documentation.
- Support dispute resolution, contractual notices, and claim management.
- Lead contract governance processes and continuously improve contracting procedures.





Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 10+ years of experience in Contracts and Procurement within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Robust experience in Residential, Commercial, and Redevelopment projects.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Experience

- Experience handling high-value real estate projects.
- Exposure to redevelopment project contracts and commercial management.
- Knowledge of construction contract administration and procurement practices.
