Gather functional requirements from back office users and other systems. Write clear functional specification for developers to work on
Work with other Business Analysts based in Paris and Mumbai to maintain sufficient flow of work to the team of developers globally
Communicate progress of activities to users and management, when required
Participate in estimation of requirements
Perform user acceptance testing post implementation and raise defects with the corresponding developers
Review functionality with users after changes are released into production and provide post production functional support, when necessary
Must have Technologies(Hand on experience):
Business Analysis (Minimum 4 years of experience)
Knowledge of Capital Markets
Knowledge of Fixed Income products
Knowledge of trade lifecycle (Preferred)
Knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office (Preferred)
Knowledge of SQL
Positive documentation skills Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: B.E / B. tech or equivalent
