Hiring for Senior GEO Content Strategist / Generative Engine Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior GEO Content Strategist to lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-first content strategy initiatives for global brands. This role requires deep expertise in how content performs across Search + AI discovery ecosystems including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging answer engines.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building scalable content systems, improving AI visibility, and delivering measurable business outcomes through GEO-led content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end GEO and SEO strategy across global accounts
• Build AI-first content frameworks for discoverability and citations
• Develop topic clusters, content architecture and search intent models
• Execute content programmes at scale across blogs, landing pages and editorial channels
• Drive content optimisation for AI answers and organic growth
• Partner with writers, editors and stakeholders to deliver measurable impact
• Define KPIs across visibility,



engagement and assisted conversions
• Use analytics and search insights to improve performance continuously

Mandatory Requirements:
• 6-10 years of experience in SEO / Content Strategy
• Minimum 3+ years dedicated GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) experience
• Solid hands-on experience in AI-first content strategy and AI visibility optimisation
• Experience working with B2B / SaaS / AI / Global brands
• Strong understanding of content clustering, topical authority and search intent
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools for research, optimisation and content workflows
• Proven portfolio showing traffic growth, AI visibility or content impact

Preferred:
• Exposure to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude workflows
• Experience handling international content programmes
• Experience leading content teams or agencies
