IMPORTANT: Mandatory Hiring Criteria

- Candidate must be from a Hospital background only.
- Candidate must have experience in running and managing end-to-end programs, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and performance tracking.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Healthcare Strategy, Business Transformation, Hospital Operations, or Growth Initiatives.
- Experience in a Consulting Organization is mandatory
- Candidate must have worked extensively with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
- Educational qualification must be from a Tier-1 Institution only.
- MBA/PGDM/MPH/MHA/MBBS from reputed Tier-1 institutes preferred.
- Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to tertiary care hospitals and large healthcare ecosystems is highly preferred.

Job Purpose

The Program Manager will drive strategic growth and transformation initiatives across the hospital ecosystem. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact programs focused on revenue growth, patient acquisition, operational excellence, digital healthcare initiatives, specialty growth programs, and business transformation.

The incumbent will work closely with clinical, operations, marketing, finance, digital, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management





- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic healthcare programs.
- Develop program roadmaps, governance structures, and execution plans.
- Monitor program performance and ensure achievement of defined outcomes.
- Drive organizational transformation and business growth initiatives.

Business Growth & Revenue Enhancement

- Drive growth across Radiology, Pathology, OPD Consultations, Specialty Services, Teleconsultation, and Digital Health Programs.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue generation and service expansion.
- Support commercialization and scaling of healthcare initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Digital teams to execute strategic programs.
- Align stakeholders around program objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.

Performance Management & Analytics

- Define, monitor, and report program KPIs.
- Create leadership dashboards and business performance reports.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and performance reviews.

Operational Excellence

- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainable business performance.
- Ensure superior patient experience while achieving commercial objectives.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM / MHA / MPH / MBBS from a Tier-1 Institution only.




- Postgraduate degree from premier institutes such as IIMs, ISB, IITs, AIIMS, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or equivalent Tier-1 institutions.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Consulting experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-wide programs and transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders.
- Experience in tertiary care/multi-specialty hospitals.
- Exposure to healthcare growth, digital health, business transformation, or operational excellence projects.

- Revenue growth from strategic initiatives.
- Program delivery within timelines and objectives.
- Growth in OPD consultations and specialty services.
- Improvement in patient acquisition and conversion metrics.

- Achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
