About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects,

ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, budget adherence, and an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to oversee multiple projects

simultaneously while driving execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple residential interior projects from site handover to final project

completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, execution schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to avoid delays.

Project Delivery & Operations

- Drive seamless coordination across Design, Procurement, Production, Installation, and Customer

Experience teams.

- Monitor daily project progress and ensure milestone-based execution.
- Resolve execution bottlenecks and ensure timely issue resolution.• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Execution teams.
- Drive accountability and ownership across project teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and performance discussions.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture within the execution team.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary escalation point for customers during project execution.




- Build robust customer relationships through proactive communication and transparent project updates.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from project initiation to final handover.
- Work towards achieving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and timely project closures.

Budget & Cost Management

- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Review project expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Minimize project overruns while maintaining quality and customer expectations.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials across projects.

Performance & Metrics

- Track and improve key project performance indicators including:
- On-Time Project Delivery
- Project Completion TAT
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- First-Time-Right Execution
- Cost Variance
- Rework Percentage
- Project Profitability
- Publish periodic project dashboards and execution reports for leadership review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner closely with Design, Sales, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
- Ensure seamless transition from design approval to project execution and customer handover.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and operational





excellence.

Experience & Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management within residential interiors, construction, real estate, or fit-

out projects.

- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, quality management, and execution methodologies.
