Job Opening: Senior Customer Service Representative Voice Process (BCBS Minnesota)

Location: Thane West

Job Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and maintain service quality standards.
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process).
- Solid verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a 247 rotational shift environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary:-





- Up to 32,000 Net Take-Home (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Schedule:-

- 5 days working.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- 247 rotational shifts.

Selection Process:-

1. HR Interview
2. AMCAT Assessment (Minimum Score: C2)
3. Multi Chat Writex Test
4. Typing Test (Minimum 35 WPM net speed with 90% accuracy)
5. Operations Interview

Note: All assessments (AMCAT, Multi Chat Writex, and Typing Test) must be completed successfully before the Operations Interview.
