Role Summary:

We are seeking an HRMS Implementation Consultant on a 6month contract to support the endtoend integration of a new HRMS platform. The role will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth system implementation, data migration, integrations, testing, and golive support.

Role & responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end HRMS implementation from design to go-live.
- Act as the HR functional lead for system configuration and integration.
- Gather and document business and HR requirements.
- Coordinate with HRMS vendor and internal IT teams.
- Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support system integrations (Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS, etc.).
- Execute and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Identify gaps, risks, and recommend system/process improvements.
- Prepare SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for HR and business users.
- Provide post go-live hypercare support.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 4-8 years of experience in HRMS / HRIS implementation or HR Tech.
- Hands-on experience with at least one HRMS platform
(Darwinbox, HONO, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Zoho, ADP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Hire to Retire).
- Experience in system integration and data migration.
- Exposure to UAT planning and execution.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, time-bound project environment.

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience in contract or project-based HRMS implementations.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, or basic tech integrations.
- Experience working with Payroll or Finance system integrations.
- HR Tech / HRIS certification.
