About The Role

We are looking for a highly technical and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

This is not a role for someone who simply boosts posts or manages basic campaigns.

We are looking for someone who understands funnels, tracking, lead generation, optimization, audience behavior, and ROI-driven marketing.

1. Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google campaigns
- Manage lead generation and sales campaigns
- Scale campaigns while maintaining target CPL and ROAS
- Create audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize daily
- Set up conversion tracking and event tracking
- Build performance dashboards and reports
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance

2. Organic Growth & Marketing

- Support organic marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with content and creative teams
- Develop growth strategies across social platforms
- Assist in brand-building campaigns
- Suggest content strategies based on audience data

3. Funnel Optimization





- Improve lead quality
- Improve conversion rates
- Optimize landing pages
- Reduce acquisition costs

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 45 years of hands-on experience
- Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Must have managed monthly ad budgets of 810 Lakhs or more
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and technical skills

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:
