We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team at stockaxis. This is a sales and customer relationship role where you will connect with prospective clients who have shown interest in our equity research services, explain our offerings, and convert them into subscribers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in the stock market. This role offers excellent earning potential through attractive performance incentives and long-term career growth in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

- Contact prospective customers who have registered on the stockaxis website.
- Explain our equity research services, products, and subscription plans.
- Convert qualified leads into paid subscribers through consultative selling.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Customer Relationship & Service

- Handle customer queries regarding subscriptions, products, and service features.
- Help customers understand how to access and use our research reports, stock ideas, ratings, model portfolios, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.




- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets.
- Basic understanding of equity markets and stock market terminology.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
- B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBI, BFM, or other finance-related qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 15 years of experience in financial services, stockbroking, equity research, fintech, banking, wealth management, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust interest in the stock market may also apply.

Mandatory Certification

Candidates must possess or obtain the following SEBI-mandated certification:

- NISM-Series-XXV-A: Persons Associated with Research Services (Sales and Other Non-Core Services) Certification Examination.

Candidates who do not currently hold this certification may apply, provided they are willing to obtain the certification within the timeline prescribed by the company and SEBI regulations.
