Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting
operations, statutory compliances, and nancial reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation, and nancial regulations,
with the ability to independently handle the books of
accounts up to nalization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure
accurate recording of nancial transactions.
Independently handle account nalization, including
preparation of Balance Sheet, Prot & Loss Account,
and nancial statements.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including
journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor and
customer reconciliations.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income
Tax, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other statutory
requirements.
Prepare and le statutory returns and coordinate with
auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure
timely payments and collections.
Prepare MIS reports, cash ow statements, budgets,
and nancial analysis for management.
Handle payroll accounting and ensure compliance with
applicable laws.





Assist in internal and statutory audits and provide
necessary documentation.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure
compliance with accounting standards and company
policies.
Required Skills & Qualications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA
Inter/CMA Inter preferred.
510 years of relevant experience in accounting and
nance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and nancial
reporting.
Thorough understanding of statutory compliances
including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and ROC
compliances.
Experience in nalization of accounts and audit
coordination.
Prociency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel
(Advanced Excel preferred).
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems will
be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in the real estate/construction industry
will be an added advantage.
