We are hiring a *Product Manager / Senior Product Manager* for a leading *Payments Bank* to drive *Merchant Platform Optimization* and enhance the overall merchant experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Benchmark merchant platform features against industry competitors
Design seamless user journeys to improve merchant adoption
Manage UATs for recent product launches and feature enhancements
Coordinate with Zonal SPOCs and cross-functional teams for issue resolution
Monitor merchant platform performance and drive continuous improvements
Work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams
*Preferred Background:*
Product Management experience in *Payments, Banking, FinTech,
Merchant Acquiring, UPI, QR Payments, POS, or Merchant Solutions*
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Experience in product enhancement, UAT, and merchant platform optimization
