Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end PO processing to delivery. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely order fulfillment, tracking operational metrics (GRN, RTO, Debit Notes), and supporting supply chain and logistics operations through effective coordination and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

- Process Purchase Orders (POs) for B2B channels accurately and within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Channel teams from PO processing until successful delivery.
- Take ownership of PO-to-Delivery (PO to DEL) timelines and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and reduce Return to Origin (RTO) cases by identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Track Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)



for all delivered Purchase Orders within 24 hours of PO delivery and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor Debit Notes (DNs), identify the root cause, and coordinate timely RTV pickups with the reverse logistics team.
- Reconcile returned orders with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory closure.
- Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and work under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Management.
