- Project management role for managing and delivering digital projects. Managing day-to-day project activities and documenting stepwise deviations in each phase.
- Creation and maintenance of project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and deliver outcomes based on project requirements, from strategy to execution, while managing scope, cost, and timelines.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress, issues, deliverables, milestones, and requirements.
- Identify and anticipate project risks, prepare and execute risk mitigation plans, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Provide weekly status reports and executive reports via presentations and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Take complete ownership of project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Conduct daily scrum calls with internal teams to track project progress.
- Ensure project plans are updated daily.
- Maintain and update the PMO project delivery sheet with weekly status updates.
- Ensure every project is registered in the profitability tracking tool.
- Ensure team members log their time accurately in the profitability tracking tool.
- Track overall project profitability based on purchase orders, effort estimates, and profitability tracking tools.
- Ensure out-of-scope work is delivered only through the Change Request (CR) process defined by the PMO team.
- Ensure all project communications are formally documented through emails and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Track and update project payment milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support onsite deployment activities as required.
- Mentor and train Junior Project Managers on project management best practices and principles.

Required Expertise




- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and digital project delivery.
- Solid knowledge of project controls, methodologies, and documentation including:
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Project Charter
- Project Plan
- Gantt Chart
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Change Management
- Risk Management
- Status Reporting

- Experience creating project plans using MS Project or ProjectLibre.
- Experience delivering digital projects such as:

- CMS Projects
- E-Commerce Platforms
- Custom Multi-Form Websites
- Mobile Applications
- UX/UI Projects

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and practices.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Basic knowledge of HTML and related web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and functionalities.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
- Experience managing a small team of 2 3 Project Managers.

- Experience in Agile project management.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
