We are hiring Civil Engineers / Senior Civil Site Engineers for a premium high-rise commercial building project in Navi Mumbai

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, coordination with contractors, monitoring RCC and finishing activities, checking work quality, reviewing drawings, preparing site reports, and ensuring work is completed as per project schedule, safety standards, and approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise RCC, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, faade, finishing and other civil construction activities.
- Read and understand GFC drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings and site layouts.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal project teams.
- Monitor daily manpower, material availability, work progress and site productivity.
- Check quality of work as per approved drawings, specifications and standard construction practices.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets,



material requirements and work status updates.
- Support billing, BOQ checking, BBS verification and quantity reconciliation.
- Ensure safety compliance at site and report unsafe practices immediately.
- Coordinate with MEP team to avoid clashes and rework during execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities with proper documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech Civil or Diploma Civil.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use building projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, site coordination, drawings and quality control.
- Positive communication skills and ability to handle contractors and site teams.
- Must be willing to work full-time from project site.
