- Project management role for managing and delivering digital projects. Managing day-to-day project activities and documenting stepwise deviations in each phase.
- Creation and maintenance of project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and deliver the right outcomes based on project requirements, from strategy to execution, considering project scope, cost, and timeline.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress, issues, deliverables, milestones, and requirements.
- Identify and anticipate project risks, prepare and execute risk mitigation plans, and highlight concerns at the appropriate time.
- Provide weekly status reports and executive reports in PPT/dashboard format to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Take complete ownership of project delivery within stipulated timelines, scope, and cost.
- Conduct daily scrum calls with internal teams to track project progress against the project plan.
- Ensure project plans are updated daily.
- Maintain and update the PMO project delivery sheet with proper status updates on a weekly basis.
- Ensure every project is created in the profitability tracking tool.
- Ensure team members update their logged time within the profitability tracking tool.
- Track overall project profitability based on purchase orders, effort estimation, and profitability tracking tools.
- Ensure that any work or task outside the project scope is delivered only through the Change Request (CR) process established by the PMO team.
- Ensure all project communication is formally documented via email and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Update and track project payment milestones throughout project delivery.
- Support onsite deployment activities as required.

Required Expertise




- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and handling digital project delivery.
- Knowledge and experience with project controls, practices, and principles, including:
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Project Charter
- Project Plan
- Gantt Chart
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Statement of Work (SOW)
- Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Change Management
- Risk Management
- Status Reporting

- Experience creating project plans using MS Project or ProjectLibre.
- Experience working on digital projects such as:

- CMS Projects
- E-Commerce Platforms
- Custom Multi-Form Websites
- Mobile Applications
- UX/UI Projects

- Knowledge and understanding of project management techniques and project lifecycles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and practices.
- Highly committed, resilient, outcome-focused, versatile, and adaptable with a strong can-do attitude.
- Ability to execute tasks with focus and drive them to closure.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

- Experience in Agile project management.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment.
- Entry-level BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain knowledge.
