We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A; Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A; Analyst will be responsible for assisting with monthly financial reports, financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the business team and central FP&A; groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Educational Qualifications
- CA/MBA in finance and less than three years of experience in FP&A;
Skills
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
