Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Finishing Head from an Engineering background to lead and oversee finishing works for premium real estate projects across India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in high-end residential developments and/or 5-star hotel projects, with a sharp eye for detail and uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive and ensure top-tier finishing quality across PAN India projects
- Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for all finished units
- Lead end-to-end execution of finishing works including civil finishes, and MEP interfaces
- Manage and mentor a team of highly experienced trade supervisors
- Standardize materials, detailing, and workmanship across locations
- Coordinate with project teams, design teams, and contractors for seamless execution
- Identify defects,



ensure timely rectification, and maintain zero-compromise quality standards
- Ensure timely completion of finishing works without compromising quality

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in finishing works within high-end residential or 5-star hotel projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong expertise in luxury finishes, materials, and execution techniques
- Proven experience managing multiple projects across different locations
- Solid leadership capability to manage experienced, trade-specific supervisors
- Excellent eye for detail and quality control
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
