About the Company

Kinetic Dynamic Flex Private Limited is a growing manufacturing company engaged in the production of high-quality sports infrastructure materials. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits while coordinating with auditors and consultants.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and cost analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation, manufacturing costs, and product costing.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified (Mandatory).




- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and taxation.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and Advanced MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is ad advantage.
- Experience in costing, inventory accounting, factory accounting, and production finance will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cost optimization and financial controls in a manufacturing environment.
