- 1 2 years of experience in Banking and Digital Channel Testing with expertise in Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and BBPS applications.
- Responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.
- Experience in testing fund transfers, beneficiary management, bill payments, account services, deposits, alerts & notifications, BBPS biller onboarding, bill fetch/payment, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Solid knowledge of functional, integration, API, database, and end-to-end transaction testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to coordinate with business, product, and development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Banking domain experience and understanding of digital banking and payment systems are preferred.
