We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing advisory and financing transactions, contributing to the strategic direction of our clients. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, client interaction, and project management abilities.

Role & responsibilities

- Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of equity, and debt offerings. Participate in due diligence processes and prepare transaction-related documents.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and industry research. Evaluate market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and presentation of findings and recommendations.




- Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, analysts, and other departments to ensure successful execution of transactions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and potential deal opportunities to support business development efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree in Finance, Economics.
- 1 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- MBA/CA/CFA candidates preferred.
