As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a
dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working closely with the Founder on special projects.

What you will work on:
i.) Driving strategic initiatives:
Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team
Leads and other team members
Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of the Founder
Work closely with the Founder on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then
planning to scale the same
Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
ii.) Dashboard, analytics and insights




Analyse data to deliver actionable insights and define key programs
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Competition insights and latest updates on key projects/initiatives

The ideal candidate:

Highly driven and motivated individual
Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders
Process oriented and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualification and Experience:

Tier-1 Engineering graduates with 1-3 years of professional work experience
Exposure to a agile growth environment particularly in startups would be an added advantage
Experience in business operations and analytics
