Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing sales administration, order processing, customer coordination, and basic logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, prior experience in sales coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and timely execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers, partners, and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Procurement, and Logistics for order fulfillment.
- Handle basic logistics activities, including dispatch coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation for invoices, dispatches, and customer records.




- Support tender documentation and other administrative requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve coordination-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales administration and documentation.
- Experience in coordinating basic logistics and dispatch activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry

Experience in the Audio Visual (AV), IT, Electronics, or System Integration industry will be preferred.
