JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary responsibility:

Site survey, making design proposal alternative dwgs. Options and get it approved from Management.

Developing the detailed plan, Elevation details, and working details of the interior & Infra related works.

Taking out quantities of the Civil, Interior & Infra related works. Making 1st cut BOQ with detailed specifications,

Co-ordinating with various other MEP, Civil, Structural consultants for design related works and finalization of layout.

Managing the existing dwgs., preparing and Managing dwgs. Releasing the GFC dwgs., as per the site requirement.

Managing and updating the as built dwgs. Of all Centres including MEP and keeping the same up to date.

Test checking the quantity,



monitoring the progress of works and highlighting red flags also rates of bills for final verification

Studies product design, requirements performance standards, then determine new alternative options in terms of new detailing or recent product introduction.

To proactively develop relationships with the subcontractor community for new Products.

Secondary responsibility:

To Prepare, complete, and submit O&M; manuals to clients.

Ensure that the design processes are followed in accordance with policy.

Proactively monitor the progress of work and planning the activity and monitoring the progress of work as per the approved design, detailing and specifications.
