Job Summary

Pebble Street Hospitality is looking for an experienced Restaurant Maintenance Incharge to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of multiple restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and civil maintenance activities are completed efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for restaurant outlets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, DG sets, and utility systems.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for outlet.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and vendors to resolve maintenance issues within defined TAT.
- Supervise AMC vendors and external contractors for maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant equipment such as ovens, fryers, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, coffee machines, and exhaust systems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, service reports, and AMC schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



statutory requirements, and company maintenance SOPs.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and optimize repair costs.
- Coordinate with projects and procurement teams for replacement or installation of equipment.
- Ensure minimum operational downtime across all restaurant locations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and civil maintenance.
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Vendor management and contractor coordination.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Budget and maintenance cost control.
- Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, email).

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, hospitality, QSR, retail, or facility maintenance.
- Valid ITI Certification & PWD license is mandatory.
- Experience handling multiple restaurant outlets will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel across restaurant locations as required.
