- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Process customer orders, handle returns, and provide product information.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in BPO sales or domestic sales/outbound sales.
- Solid communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on voice processes including cold calling and telesales activities.
