- Develop and train machine learning models for business use cases
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model tuning
- Implement and test ML pipelines using Python
- Deploy and monitor models in development or production environments
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and architects
- Document models, experiments, and results
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Solid proficiency in Python with libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn
- Working knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Exposure to cloud platforms and model deployment techniques
Understanding of responsible AI and basic model governance
